you sprain your wrist and almost break your neck while attempting to turn a somersault in the living room as part of a game you are playing with your four-year old.
I'm sorry Tree - I giggled a little when I read that. I had a vision of you attempting the somersault and Jamie and Clare watching you. Hope you're okay.
LOL, I cracked up reading that. After hurting my back a few weeks ago, I am very conscious of "lifting with your legs" and am repeating that to myself often when I pick Connor up off the floor. All of that at the ripe ol age of 27.
