Out of the ICU

The prayers worked. Clare's IV was put in last night, her central line removed, and we are finally on the cardiac floor. Yea! It's been another long day, but it was MOVING DAY!

For the first time in a week, Clare is out of her bed. She is patiently sitting in her stroller watching while I type this, so I am not going to write a long post. I have been promising her a walk all day once we were settled in, so we're off to take that walk.

Congrats on that long awaited move! Words cannot begin to describe how I feel right now. I can only immagine how you all feel! Thanks for the updates, and may Clare continue on her recovery.

I have a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that Clare is in her comfortable stroller going for a walk with Mommy. Life is ever so slowly returning to normal... it will get there. We can't wait to see you two!
Love,
Katherine
